Effects of Continuous Annealing Parameters on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ultra-high Strength Dual Phase Steel

摘  要:在Gleeble-3500型热模拟试验机上模拟冷轧超高强度双相钢的连续退火,采用扫描电镜和拉伸试验机研究了连续退火过程中退火温度、退火时间和过时效温度对该钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,该钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,伸长率提高,显微组织(铁素体+马氏体和少量的粒状非马氏体组织)中粒状非马氏体增多;退火时间对该钢力学性能的影响较小;随着过时效温度的升高其抗拉强度呈下降趋势,屈服强度、伸长率和屈强比呈上升趋势,当过时效温度高于360℃时,则出现了屈服平台。The continuous annealing of an ultra-high strength cold-rolled dual phase steel was simulated by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator.Scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing were used to investigate the effects of annealing temperature,annealing time and over-ageing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel.The results indicate that with the elevation of annealing temperature the yield strength and tensile strength reduced and the elongation increased.The amount of granular non-martensite increased in the microstructure including ferrite,martensite and a little granular non-martensite.The influence of annealing time on the mechanical properties of the dual phase steel was not obvious.The tensile strength reduced with increasing the over-ageing temperature.The yield strength,elongation and yield ratio increased with the over-ageing temperature increasing.There was yield plateau when the over-aging temperature was higher than 360℃.
