72例髌骨骨折聚髌器内固定术后综合康复治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨髌骨骨折术后综合康复治疗方法,以最大限度恢复患者膝关节功能。方法:采用综合康复治疗方法,对72例因髌骨骨折术后发生膝关节功能障碍的患者通过主动功能锻炼、被动运动训练、中药外用及手法理筋、蜡疗、冰敷、本体感觉训练等综合康复方法治疗3个月,采用膝关节主动关节活动度和Bostman膝关节评分评价康复疗效。结果:术后3个月,72例患者经综合康复治疗后膝关节活动度显著增加与术后2周比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Bostman膝关节评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),康复效果:优:68例,良:3例,差:1例,优良率:95.3%。结论:综合康复治疗方法对髌骨骨折聚髌器内固定术后患者膝关节功能的康复有显著效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical results of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in patients with patella fracture Postopratively.Methods：Seventy-two patients with patella fracture postopratively underwent comprehensive rehabilitation treatment that including active and passive function exercise,external Chinese medicine,manipulation,paraffinotherapy,ice compress,and proprioception exercise for three months.The Bostman knee score was used to evaluate the comprehensive rehabilitational efficacy and the range of motion of the knee joint was assessed.Results：Three months after operation,the Bostman knee score and increased range of motion of the knee both has a significant difference（P〈0.05）,compaered with 2 weeks after operation.the outcome was excellent in 68,good in 3,and poor in one case,excellent and good rate was 95.3%.Conclusion：The comprehensive rehabilitational treatment can significantly improve the postopretive knee function in patients with patella fracture.
