摘　　要：儿童社区获得性肺炎是临床常见病,既有与成人肺炎相似的一面,也有其特殊的一面,儿童呼吸系统解剖和免疫系统发育上的不完善可能是原因之一。合理的CT检查可以显示儿童肺炎细节及其合并症,并一定程度上提示预后。Pediatric community acquired pneumonia （CAP） is a common entity in children, and would have some characteristic findings compared with that in adults.The underdevelopment of respiratory system and immune system was one of the causes.The CT examination could be used to reveal the details and its complications of pediatric pneumonia,and to some extent suggest the prognosis.
