摘　　要：儿童支原体肺炎临床常见,好发于学龄前儿童,影像表现多样化,以肺间质和实质混合表现为主,并有2个较特征性的表现,即网合结节影和支气管壁增厚,相比于其他肺炎,更容易出现节段性肺不张和肺门/纵隔淋巴结肿大。Mycoplasmal pneumonia（MP） was common in preschool children. The radiologic findings of MP were varied, and the pulmonary interstitial and parenchymal changes were mostly simultaneously seen in the same patient.Two characteristic findings which were reticulonodular pattern and bronchial thickening should be found to help the diagnosis of MP. Segmental atelectasis and hilar/mediastinal lymphadenopathy were also commonly seen in MP.
