摘 要:合成了一系列碗状CTV衍生物,用紫外和荧光光谱考察了它们的光谱特征.结果表明:随烷基碳原子数增加,CTV衍生物成笼和脱烷基反应的产率都降低;CTV和羟基CTV的荧光及紫外吸收比乙基CTV、丙基CTV明显红移;另外,羟基CTV的紫外荧光光谱随溶剂极性增大出现显著红移,而烷基取代CTV的光谱变化不明显.A series of bowl-shaped CTV derivatives,2,7,12-triethoxy-3,8,13-trimethoxy-10,15-dihydro-5H-tribenzo-[a d g] cyclononene(Eth-CTV),2,7,12-tripropoxy-3,8,13-trimethoxy-10,15-dihydro-5H-tribenzo-[a d g] cyclononene(Pro-CTV)and 2,7,12-trihydroxy-3,8,13-trimethoxy-10 and 15-dihydro-5H-tribenzo-[a d g] cyclononene(hydroxyl CTV/CTG) were designed and synthesized.The polymerization and dealkyled reaction yields of CTV derivatives were reduced as the C number of alkyl increased.In addition,the photophysical processes were investigated by UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra.The results showed that the absorption and fluorescence spectra of CTV,Eth-CTV and Pro-CTV appeared slight change in different solvents,but the hydroxyl CTV undergone a notable red-shift with increasing polarity because of the interaction between-OH and solvents.Furthermore,in the same solvent,the maximum absorption and fluorescence emission of CTV and hydroxyl CTV exhibited longer wavelengths compared with that of Eth-CTV and Pro-CTV due to their better rigid structures.
