摘  要:报道了生态因子对条斑紫菜自由丝状体生长的影响,结果表明,条斑紫菜自由丝状体生长的最适宜盐度范围为20~30,低于10的盐度不能生长,最适宜温度范围为15℃~25℃,高限为30℃,适宜光辐照度15μEm-2S-1~60μEm-2S-1。添加的适宜N浓度20g/m3~60g/m3,P为15g/m3~5g/m3。This paper introduced the experimental ecological tests of growth of freeliving conchocelis of Porphyra yezoensis Ueda indoor in ZhejiangThe effects of ecological factors,such as temperature,irradiance,salinity were discussedThe results observed were that the optimal salinity was 2030,it cant grow below salinity of 10The suitable temperature was 1525,the high line was 30The optimum of irradiance was 15Em-2S-160Em-2S-1The optimum supplement concentration to medium was 20g/m360g/m3 of nitrogenous and 15g/m35g/m3 of phosphate
