摘　　要：2009年4月从扬州某鸭场分离到一株细菌,经分离培养、染色镜检、生化特性和玻片凝集试验确定其为ⅩⅤ型鸭疫里氏杆菌。动物致病性试验表明,鸭疫里氏杆菌分离菌株可以通过肌肉注射、皮下注射和滴鼻三种途径感染试验鸭,使攻毒鸭发生100%死亡,说明该鸭疫里氏杆菌分离株具有很强的致病性。One bacterium strain was isolated from duck farm of Yangzhou in April,2009,cultured,stained,tested by microscopy,biochemical test,slide agglutination test,and pathogenicity.The result showed that the isolate was ⅩⅤ serotype Riemerella anatipestifer（RA）.The isolate was used for the infection test in 10-day-old ducks through intravenous injection,subcutaneous injection and intranasal infection.The results showed that the isolate cause 100% mortality.and isolate has strong pathogenicity.
