摘 要:基于废水中的污染物在热态、碱性和一定硬度的情况下,从水中析出的特点,探究了温度、pH和硬度对处理效果的影响。在此基础上,提出了"热析+混凝+气浮"处理工艺,并进行了设计和调试。实际运行结果表明,在水温在65~70℃、出水pH值在7.5~8.5和MgSO4用量在40~65 mg/L范围内的情况下,对析出的污染物进行混凝,再经过涡凹气浮对高温废水中的絮体稳定、高效的分离,CODCr和TP的最低去除率分别为89.4%和90.3%,各项指标完全达到设计要求。In the alkali, hot state and some hardness medium, Pollutants in wastewater from sebific-duct industry was precipitated from water. Based on the characters, the temperature, pH and hardness on pollutants removal was researched. On this basis, the process of sweat, coagulation and air flotation was proposed, designed and debugged. Demonstrated by the actual performance, when the range of water temperature is 65 - 70℃ , the outflow pH is 7.5 - 8.5 and the amount of MgSO4 is 40 - 65 mg/L, the precipitated pollutants was coagulanted,then, through stable and efficient separation of cavitation air flotation on flcos in high temperature wastewater, the mininmum removal ratio of CODcr and TP were 89.4% and 90.3%, the effluent quality completely meet the design requirements.
