摘　　要：当前国内医院在实施战略管理时,都需要引进先进设备、耗材、技术来支撑战略目标的实现。随着国家新医改方案的出台,医院也肩负了"缓解‘看病难、看病贵’"的重任,而实施战略采购管理是最有效的"降耗提效"措施。文章以华西医院实施战略采购的实践经验为基础,对医院实施战略采购的必要性和实施方法进行了总结和归纳。In order to achieve the strategic management target,advanced equipments,materials and techniques have been introduced into many hospitals presently.With the unveiling of new medical reform policy,hospitals had undertaken the responsibility to solve the problem of ＂Medical Treatment Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment＂.Strategic purchase can be regarded as the most effective measure.Based on the experiences of strategic purchase in West China Hospital,the necessity and implementation of strategic purchase in general hospitals were summarized.
