摘 要:分析了节能发动机油对减摩剂的要求及用于评价GF-4节能发动机油的程序VIB台架的特性,介绍了各类有机减摩剂在节能发动机油中的应用情况。将有机钼减摩剂和无灰有机减摩剂分别添加至GF-3节能发动机油中,通过SRV摩擦试验比较它们的减摩能力,并归纳了两类有机减摩剂的特性和优缺点。有机钼减摩剂高温减摩能力显著,但在苛刻的工况下减摩性能、极压负荷性能和燃料经济性保持能力不理想。一些无灰有机减摩剂低温时减摩能力较好,并表现出很好的燃料经济性保持能力,与其他添加剂复合,一些无灰有机减摩剂具有和有机钼相同的减摩能力。The characteristic of sequence VIB for evaluating GF-4 engine oil and the requirement for friction modifiers as a component of energy-conserving engine oil were summarized.The application of a series of organic friction modifier at energy-conserving engine oil was introduced.Molybdenum-based friction modifier and ashless organic friction modifiers were used into GF-3 engine oil,and their ability of friction reducing was studied with SRV instrument.The positive and negative sides of the above organic friction modifiers were contrasted and summarized.Molybdenum-based friction modifier possesses the significant friction reducing ability,but its fuel economy durability shows some weakness.Some kinds of ashless organic friction modifiers combined with other additives have similar friction reducing feature,compared to molybdenum-based friction modifiers.
