摘　　要：文章主要进行中医师执业范围立法研究,通过文献研究、座谈会访谈和问卷调查等方法,揭示中医师执业范围现状及中医师对执业范围立法的诉求,探讨目前中医师执业范围存在的问题,并提出符合中医药自身规律的中医师执业范围的立法建议,以促进我国中医药事业的良性发展。The legislation of scope of Chinese Medicine practice was studied with literature research and surveyed with interview and questionnaire.The status of scope of Chinese Medicine practice and their appeal were revealed,and the problems were discussed.Based on which,suggestions on legislation of scope of Chinese Medicine practice,which was according with its rules,were put forward to develop Chinese Medicine.
