摘 要:基于非线性有限元理论,建立充气式自密封气囊密封的平面应变有限元模型,分析充气式自密封气囊结构的密封性能。在有限元商业软件中利用二次开发实现充气压力自适应加载,对气囊充气密封机制进行分析,得到密封接触面接触应力和剪应力的分布规律;讨论充气压力、初始压缩量、肋筋倒角对密封面接触应力、接触面积和剪切应力的影响。结果表明,充气压力和肋筋倒角对接触应力影响较大,而初始压缩量对最大剪切应力影响比较明显。Based on nonlinearity finite element theory of large deformation and contact problem, a 2D planer finite element model of self-sealing structure for inflatable bladder was derived, and the sealing performance of inflatable self-sealing bladder was analyzed. An adaptive loading method for inflatable pressures was developed based on the secondary development of the finite element program. The seal mechanism was analyzed, and the distribution rule of normal contact stress and shear stress was obtained. Some typical structure parameters of the seal were analyzed, and the effects of the typical parameters were discussed, such as the inflatable pressures, initial compressibility and fillet radius of rib. The results show that the inflatable pressure and fillet radius of rib have great effect on the maximum contact stress and initial compressibility has obvious effect on the maximum shear stress.
