聚酯和动物血清复合液对水基切削液性能的影响

摘  要:利用四球试验机研究动物血清和聚酯组成的水溶性复合添加剂的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:在聚酯(PET)中加入动物血清后,其抗磨极压性能明显提高,二者组成的复合液具有优良的抗磨性、抗菌性、抗氧化性和明显协同效应。该添加剂应用于水基合成切削液,能使切削液的综合性能特别是生物降解性能得到明显提高。The friction and wear properties of the water-soluble compound additives containing polyester and animal serum were studied by four-ball testing machine. Experimental results show that the anti-wear and extreme pressure properties of water-soluble polyester were improved by adding animal serum. The compound additives have excellent anti-wear,antibacterial,anti-oxidation and synergistic effect. The comprehensive performances of the cutting fluid, especially the biodegradability can be improved by the compound additives.
