摘　　要：针对80t抱罐车干油润滑系统的要求,提出采用单线递进式集中润滑系统。针对单线递进式集中润滑系统存在的缺点,对润滑泵、分配器进行改进设计,并选择合适的润滑脂,改善80t抱罐车润滑部位的润滑状况。Based on the lubrication requests of 80 t slag pot carrier,a single line and progressive centralized grease-lubricating system was presented. Some improvement measures were made for the lubrication pump and distributor of the lubrication system and a suitable grease was chosen,which met the lubrication requests of 80 t slag pot carrier.
