摘　　要：以部分预合金铁粉为主要材料研制了一种新型堆焊材料,并对某厂大型传动轴进行了堆焊修复。现场试验表明,堆焊材料具有良好的使用性能,维修成本低,使用寿命长,能够满足使用要求。A new kind of build-up welding material was designed whose main component was partially pre-alloyed iron powder,and it was applied to the build-up welding repair for large transmission shaft.The field test shows that the new material possesses such advantages as excellent usability,low repair cost and long lifespan as well as can meet the employment requirements.
