摘　　要："大符拉迪沃斯托克"规划以其鲜明的区域优势成为俄罗斯东部开发战略的重要组成部分,它通过城市集群化、工业化和国际交通一体化的发展途径,实现在滨海边疆区南部建立一个面向亚太地区的国际合作中心的构想。同时,鉴于符拉迪沃斯托克在图们江区域开发空间布局中的重要地位,"大符拉迪沃斯托克"规划的启动与实施必将对俄罗斯及整个图们江区域开发活动产生积极的推动作用。The planning of ＂glory Vladivostok＂ has become an important part of Russia＇s development strategies in the east for its distinct regional advantages.It aims at forming a center of international cooperation in Asian-Pacific region along Russia＇s southern coastal border areas by ways of establishing city-clusters,industrialization and international transport integration.As Vladivostok is included in the layout of Tumen River Region Development,the start-up and implementation of the planning will greatly progress Russia＇s economy and further forward the over-all development of Tumen River region.
