摘　　要：目前,我国对商品化权尚未进行立法规定,而现在已有的一些法律对商品化权的保护还是不足的,因此建立与商品化权的特征相适应的单独立法及其框架具有重要意义。只有尽早出台相关规定,才能对商品化权进行全面保护。At present,laws and regulations of merchandizing right haven＇t been made yet in China.Though some laws are concerned,they can not efficiently safeguard the right.Therefore,it is of great significance to enact specific laws and legal framework adaptable to the features of merchandizing right.Only could such laws be issued,merchandizing right would be fully guarded.
