摘　　要：科技情报研究方法论对于提升科技情报研究工作水平以及对科技决策的影响力至关重要,而事实型数据则是科技情报研究工作的基础。本文讨论了事实型数据的内涵、特性与作用,分析了国内外相关机构开展事实型数据库建设的案例,探讨了科技情报机构开展事实型数据库建设的内容并提出了相关对策建议。The methodology of ST information analysis is highly important for upgrading the standard of ST information analysis and the influence of ST decision - making,and the factual data is the basis of ST information analysis.This article discusses the connotation,characteristics and role of factual data,analyses the related cases of factual database construction carried out by institutions at home and abroad,explores its construction content,and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals.
