摘 要:针对东圪堵煤矿浅埋深、薄基岩大采高工作面现状,利用3DEC数值模拟软件对该矿上覆岩层结构进行了模拟分析,并对工作面支护进行了合理设计。结果表明:东圪堵煤矿大采高工作面开采过程中,在采高4.0m、基岩厚度30m以上时,上覆岩层可形成稳定的承压结构,对工作面开采是有利的;工作面液压支架工作阻力7400kN以上时,可以有效控制顶板;大采高工作面支架选型合理,开采过程中顶板未出现台阶下沉现象,基本顶来压时顶板未出现压死支架现象。According to the present status of the shallow depth seam,thin base rock and high cutting coal mining face in Donggedu Mine,the 3DEC numerical simulation software was applied to the simulation analysis on the overburden rock structure in the mine and to the rational design of the coal mining face support.The results showed that during the mining process of the high cutting coal mining face in Donggedu Mine,when the mining height was about 4.0 m and the thickness of the base rock was over 30 m,the overburden rock could form a stable pressure bearing structure which would be favorable to the mining operation of the coal mining face.The hydraulic powered support with a working resistance over 7 400 kN per support could be effectively applied to control the roof.The selection of the hydraulic powered support applied to the coal mining face was rational.During the coal mining process,there was no stage subsidence phenomena occurred in the roof and when the main roof was pressurized,the hydraulic powered support would not be jammed by the roof.
