摘 要:为了提高矿井混凝土结构的耐久性和安全性,针对深厚表土层冻结井壁混凝土的特点,采用优化方法,对深厚表土层冻结井壁高强高性能混凝土进行了配合比设计,研究了高强高性能混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能、干缩、绝热温升和抗渗、抗冻、抗氯离子渗透性能。结果表明:制备的高强高性能混凝土的主要技术指标能够满足设计要求,且在龙固煤矿副井井筒成功施工井筒深度367m,在郓城煤矿副井成功施工滑模套壁深度581m。In order to improve the durability and safety of the mine shaft concrete structure,according to the features of the mine freezing shaft concrete liner in the deep thick overburden,the optimization method was applied to the fitting rate design on the high strength and high performance concrete of the mine freezing shaft liner in deep thick overburden and to the study on the mixing material performances,mechanics performance,dry shrinkage,thermal isolation temperature increasing,anti leakage,anti freezing,anti chlorine ion permeation performances of the high strength and high performance concrete.The results showed that the main technical indexes of the high strength and high performance concrete prepared could meet the design requirements.The concrete was applied to the successful completed mine auxiliary shaft with a depth of 367 m in Longgu Mine and the successful completed slippermuld lining depth of 581 m for the mine auxiliary shaft in Yuncheng Mine.
