摘 要:针对飞灰在Shell干煤粉加压气化合成气冷却器段等处的粘附与沉积,利用X射线荧光光谱仪、显微颗粒图像分析仪和扫描电镜/能谱联合分析仪对L和Y两种入炉煤粉在煤气化过程中产生的飞灰样品进行了化学组成、粒度分布、表面形貌以及元素组成进行了研究。结果表明:CaO和Fe2O3在Y飞灰中的富集系数分别是L飞灰的1.72倍和0.28倍;飞灰微观形貌为球形颗粒,其粒径大部分集中在0~1.0μm,粒径大的飞灰颗粒表面粘附的小颗粒中钙元素含量比大颗粒高。结合飞灰在气化过程中的物理化学特征,初步分析了飞灰颗粒的形成和沉积原因,并描述了飞灰颗粒之间以及飞灰颗粒与管壁之间的粘附过程。According to the fly ash adhesion and settlement at the synthetic gas cooling tower of the Shell dry coal powder pressurized gasification,X Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer,the Microscopic Particle Image Analyzer and Scanning Electronic Microscopy/Energy Spectrum Combined Analyzer were applied to study the chemical composition,particle distribution,surface shape and the element composition of the fly ash from two dry coal powder gasification processes in gasifiers.The study results showed that the concentration coefficients of CaO and Fe2O3 in the fly ash from Y gasifier would be 1.72 times and 0.28 time of the fly ash in L gasifier individually.The micro shape of the fly ash would be ball particles,the diameter of the particles mostly would be concentrated in 0 ~ 1.0 μm and the Ca element content of the small particles adhered on the surface of the large fly ash particles would be higher than the large particles.In combination with the physical chemical features of the fly ash in the gasification processing,the paper preliminarily analyzed the formation and settling causes of the fly ash particles and described the adhesion processing between the fly ash particles as well as between the fly ash particle and pipeline wall.
