摘　　要：在宽厚板试批规则引入"以厚代薄"理念,有效的减少了船检量,缓减公司检验人员、场地、设备压力,缩短了产品检验时间,减少了岗位人员劳动强度,同时提高了板材成材率。The idea that ＂the thin plates are substituted by the thick plates in tests＂ has been adopted in wide and heavy plate sample number rules, ship plate test quantity decreased effectively, the pressure of company test workers, work field and equipments decreased in some sort, test time became shorter, labour intensity of the work site has been reduced ,in the mean time rolling yield is improved.
