摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆剪报服务的内在需求及外在条件,探讨了如何确立剪报的专题、如何选择报纸以及选择怎样的排版方式。This paper expounds the internal demands and external conditions of newspaper clipping service of university library,and probes into how to establish the special topics of newspaper clipping,how to select the newspapers,and what kind of layout should be selected.
