摘 要:鉴于传统的叶片强度校核是建立在理想模型基础上的,必然将存在近似误差。针对误差对叶片的强度影响程度来进行三维有限元分析,从而证实了有限元法的实效性。采用三维实体建模的方法,以叶片的实际工况为输入条件,通过专业有限元软件计算得出叶片的应力分布情况,并且计算了安全系数,然后与叶片的传统校核强度比对,分析误差原因,最终为叶片的设计制造提供结构强度依据。Since the mathematical model is based on the idealized one, errors are bound to exist. This article researches errors influence on traditional structural strength of the impeller, finally, the analysis result of finite element method was demonstrated more true based on the operating principle of the axial-flow pump. Through the method of 3D solid modeling, the stress distribution of impeller is calculated by the special finite element software with the input of actual operating condition. Then the reason for error was analyzed finally, the safe coefficient is calculated that proves the analytic result providing reference of structure strength for design and manufacture.
