摘　　要：论述了大学生职业生涯规划的概念及意义,阐述了大学图书馆帮助大学生建立职业生涯规划与实施的优势,提出了图书馆帮助大学生制定职业生涯规划与实施的措施。This paper discusses the concept and meaning of the career planning of university students,expounds the superiorities of university library in helping the university students to build and implement the career plan,and puts forward some measures for library to help university students to work out and implement the career plan.
