摘　　要：论述了信息共享空间(IC)的内涵、特性及其目标,阐述了IC的构成要素及其服务功能,提出了在建设与运行IC过程中需要解决的3个方面的问题。This paper discusses the connotations,features and targets of IC,expounds the components and service functions of IC,and puts forward the problems to be solved in three aspects during the construction and operation of IC.
