摘　　要：在阐明知识博客和知识管理特点的基础上,从为隐性知识外化提供平台、为知识交流提供中介、为显性知识内化提供条件、为知识运用提供条件和为组织内知识评估提供基础5个方面论述了知识博客在知识管理中的应用。Based on elaborating the characteristics of knowledge blog and knowledge management,this paper expounds the application of knowledge blog in knowledge management from five aspects of providing the platform for externalization of tacit knowledge,providing the intermediary for knowledge communication,providing the condition for the internalization of explicit knowledge,providing the condition for knowledge utilization and providing the foundation for knowledge evaluation inside the organization.
