摘　　要：为缓解医院门诊挂号压力,预约挂号已在各大医院相继展开。建立安全、稳定、可操控性强的预约挂号平台,开通多种方式的预约挂号渠道,保证充足的预约号源,宽裕的预约时间以及提高专家应诊诚信度是顺利开展预约挂号的关键问题。In order to abate the patients’ pressure of the out-patient department to register,resulting the patients’ the difficult and expensive question,the booking registration have carried out in all polyclinic one after the other.To set up the safe,stable and the controlling booking registration roof board,to open the multifunction booking registration methods to insure the registration resources,plenary times and medical experts’ credit,these are the key steps to develop the booking registration favorably.
