摘　　要：目的探讨经食管超声心动图(TEE)检查时,对检查患者进行心理干预,使患者获得安全感,从身心两方面主动配合进行检查,顺利完成检查并减少不良反应。方法对71例行TEE检查患者进行具有个性化的心理干预。在检查前进行心理疏导,检查中和检查后给予心理指导。结果 71例患者检查前通过有效的心理干预,均以良好的心理状态配合进行并顺利完成检查,取得满意检查效果,无不良事件发生。结论行TEE检查,患者摆脱不良心境,需要护理人员的积极引导,对患者的心理问题进行有效的心理干预是TEE检查安全、有效完成的保障。Objective To complete inspection successfully and reduce adverse reaction,psychological intervention was conducted to patients to make them gain a sense of security and take the initiative to meet the inspection from the physical and mental during the transesophageal echocardiography（TEE）.Methods Individual psychological intervention was conducted to 71 patients receiving TEE before,during and after inspection.Results Through effective psychological intervention before inspection,71 patients with good psychology completed the inspection successfully and achieved a satisfying inspection results with no advert events.Conclusion To make patients get rid of negative psychology,nursing staff should make an active guide and effective psychological intervention before and during TEE inspection,which ensures a safety and effective inspection.
