摘　　要：对人力资源信息进行挖掘、提取、重新整合,分析人力资源的总体构成与管理状况。为进一步搞好医、教、研管理工作,加强对医院人力资源的开发,提高医院的竞争力,促进医院社会效益和经济效益的提高提供依据。Human resources were exploited,extracted and reconstructed,the overall constitution and management of human resources were analyzed to provide evidence for further improving the management on medical,teaching and research,strengthening the development of human resources,enhancing hospital＇s competition and promoting the social and economic benefits.
