摘　　要：电子病案是计算机信息网络技术在医疗领域应用的必然产物,是医院病案现代化管理的必然趋势。本文结合某院电子病案的实际应用情况,就其优越性与存在的问题做一些探讨。Electronic medical record（EMR）,the inevitable product of the computer information network technology in the medical field,is a necessary trend for modernized management of medical records in hospital.Combining with the actual situation for application of EMR,the superiority and existing problems were investigated.
