128例健康成年人T淋巴细胞及其亚群比值和绝对计数研究

摘　　要：目的建立蚌埠市健康成年人T淋巴细胞亚群及其绝对计数的正常参考值,为相关临床和流行病学分析提供参考依据。方法流式细胞术,使用美国BD公司生产的FACSCcount系统,EDTA-2K抗凝管静脉采血,在绝对计数管(TruCount tube)内进行T淋巴细胞亚群的检测及绝对计数分析。结果蚌埠市健康成年人总T淋巴细胞(CD3+细胞群)绝对计数为(1260.98±354.66)个/μl,CD4+细胞亚群绝对计数为(648.88±198.50)个/μl,CD8+细胞亚群绝对计数为(504.36±176.35)个/μl,CD4/CD8比值为1.43±0.68。结论利用流式细胞仪进行静脉血T淋巴细胞及其亚群检测及绝对计数分析,快速、客观、准确。蚌埠市健康成年人T淋巴细胞亚群及其绝对计数较国内别的报告有所差异。Objective To obtain normal reference values of T-lymphocyte subsets and absolute cell count of healthy adults in Bengbu,and provide evidence for clinical and epidemiological analysis.Methods EDTA（K2） anticoagulant venous blood samples were added into TruCount tube to detect T-lymphocyte subsets and analyze cell count using FACS calibur flow cytometry by American BD Company.Results In healthy adults in Bengbu,the absolute value of total T-lymphocytes（CD3＋） was（1260.98±354.66）cell/μl,the value of CD4～＋T cells subsets was（648.88±198.50） cell/μl,and the value of CD8～＋T cells subsets was（504.36±176.35） cell/μl.The ratio of CD4/CD8 was 1.43±0.68.Conclusion Using flow cytometry to detect venous blood T-lymphocyte and their subsets and analyze cell count is rapid,objective and accurate.T-lymphocyte subsets and absolute cell count in healthy adults in Bengbu are slightty different from the other reports in china.
