摘 要:重庆东水门长江大桥索塔锚固区结构新颖,取消了普通外置式钢锚箱索塔锚固区的端板,钢锚箱与混凝土塔肢之间采用剪力钉连接,同时还布置塔肢间预应力,使钢锚箱与混凝土紧密连接,用剪力钉、侧拉板和摩擦力共同承担斜拉索的索力。针对该新型结构形式,利用大型有限元软件Midas FEA,建立索塔锚固区的非线性接触模型,通过对其进行精细仿真计算分析,得出钢锚箱、侧拉板、剪力钉和塔壁混凝土的应力分布情况,以及索力的传递分配情况。A novel structure is adopted in anchorage zone of cable tower on Chongqing Dongshuimen Yangtze River Bridge,the end plates in anchorage zone of common external steel anchor box cable tower are cancelled,and the steel anchor boxes are connected with concrete tower limbs by means of shear studs,in the mean time the prestress among tower limbs is arranged,enabling close connection between the steel anchor boxes and concrete,and the shear studs,side pulling plates and friction force are used to bear the force of stayed cables.Aiming at this novel structure,this paper establishes a nonlinear contact model for anchorage zone of cable tower via large-scale finite element software Midas FEA,the stress distribution in the steel anchor boxes,side pulling plates,shear studs and concrete on tower walls are acquired as well as transfer and distribution of cable force based on exquisite simulation calculation for the model.
