摘  要:探讨胚胎晚期母体暴露细菌脂多糖(LPS)对中年CD-1子鼠背海马突触前囊泡蛋白synaptotagmin Ⅰ(Syt Ⅰ)含量的影响。结果表明Syt Ⅰ蛋白在CD-1子鼠背海马DG、CA1和CA3区均有表达,胚胎晚期母体暴露LPS后的中年CD-1子鼠较同年龄对照组海马各区Syt Ⅰ含量显著增高。这些结果提示胚胎晚期母体暴露LPS可增加CD-1子鼠中年时背海马Syt Ⅰ含量。The effect of maternal exposure to LPS(lipopolysaccharide) during late pregnancy on the content of synaptotagmin Ⅰ in dorsal hippocampus in middle-aged offspring CD-1 mice was explored.The results showed that the expression of synaptotagmin Ⅰ could be detected in the DG,CA3 and CA1 subareas of dorsal hippocampus of the CD-1 mice.The relative amount of synaptotagmin Ⅰ shown by histoimmunochemical method in the LPS-treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The results suggest that maternal exposure to LPS during late pregnancy significantly increase the content of synaptotagmin Ⅰ in dorsal hippocampus of middle-aged offspring CD-1 mice.
