摘  要:该试验采集安庆、肥东及巢湖3个地区的3株盲肠球虫,进行柔嫩艾美耳球虫(E.tellena)单卵囊的分离,采用鸡体实验法对癸氧喹酯、尼卡巴嗪、球痢灵和磺胺氯吡嗪钠进行耐药性检测,以抗球虫指数(ACI)、病变记分减少率(RLS)、相对盲肠卵囊产量(ROP)和最适抗球虫活性百分率(POAA)4项指标综合判定。结果表明,安庆株、肥东株及巢湖株均对癸氧喹酯敏感,对尼卡巴嗪均完全产生耐药;安庆株对球痢灵中度耐药,对磺胺氯吡嗪钠重度耐药;肥东株对球痢灵轻度耐药,对磺胺氯吡嗪钠重度耐药;巢湖株对球痢灵重度耐药,对磺胺氯吡嗪钠完全耐药。In this experiment, three Eimeria tenella strains were isolated and purified from Anqing,Feidong, and Chaohu broiler farms,then the Body-testing method was used to test the drug resistance of the three strains to four anticoccidials:Decoquinate, Nicarbazin and Zoalene and Sodium sulfa chlorpromazine. The criteria used for evaluation the resistance included anticoccidianl index ( ACI), reduction of lesion scores ( RLS), percent of optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA) and relative at oocyst production (ROP). The results showed that Anqing strain, Feidong strain and Chaohu strain all assumed the negative to Decoquinate, but have a complete resistance to Nicarbazin. Anqing strain has a moderate resistance to Zoalene, and a serious resistance to Sodium sulfa chlorpromazine. Feidong strain has a light resistance to Zoalene, and a severe resistance to Sodium sulfa chlorpromazine. Chaohu strain has a severe resistance to Zoalene, and a complete resistance to Sodium sulfa chlorpromazine.
