早期高压氧综合治疗特发性面神经炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期高压氧综合治疗特发性面神经炎患者的疗效。方法将141例特发性面神经炎患者分为观察组(72例)和对照组(69例);对照组予常规药物、针灸治疗;观察组除上述治疗外加用早期高压氧治疗,观察治疗前后面神经功能评分(Portmann评分法)、临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前后和组间的Portmann评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。观察组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期高压氧综合治疗能促进患者受损的面神经功能迅速恢复,提高疗效。Objective To explore the effects of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with idiopathic facial neuritis.Methods One hundred and forty-one patients with idiopathic facial neuritis were randomly divided into observation group （n=72） and control group （n=69）. The control group was treated with drugs and acupuncture. The observation group accepted early hyperbaric oxygen therapy besides the above treatments. The Portmann scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the Portmann scores of the two groups increased （P0.01） and the observation group had higher scores than the control group （P0.01）. The cure rate of observation group was higher than the control group （P0.01）. Conclusion Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy can obviously improve the neurological function of patients with idiopathic facial neuritis and increase the therapeutic effect.
