连续半导体激光脱毛1642例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价连续半导体激光脱毛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:应用波长为810 nm的连续半导体激光对1 642例患者进行脱毛。4～8周治疗1次,观察治疗后的疗效及不良反应。结果:经过3次治疗后毛发较治疗前明显减少;不同部位脱毛率不同,外阴(比基尼)、腋下和发际效果最好;面颊、唇部脱毛效果最差,3次脱毛有效率达100%。8例患者治疗后出现色素沉着,均于术后1～～6个月内消退。结论:连续半导体激光脱毛是一种安全、有效的脱毛方法。Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of continuous diode laser treatment for removing unwanted hair. Methods：A total of 1642 patients were treated with 810 nm continuous diode laser. Three sessions were performed with an interval of 4--8 weeks. Follow up was done 2 months after the third session. Results：The hair was reduced obviously after 3 courses of treatment. Different effect was observed in different sites. Best result was obtained in pubic, axillary, and hair line regions. Worst effect was found in check and lip. Pigmentation was found in 8 patients, but it disappeared after 1-6 months. Gross effective rate was 100 %. Conclusion：Repeated diode laser of 810 nm exposure is a safe and effective treatment option for hair removal.
