数字纱布在中重度宫颈上皮外移环形电极切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨数字纱布在中重度宫颈上皮外移环形电极切除术中的有效性和安全性。方法对43例经确诊为宫颈上皮外移中重度的患者，分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以LEEP＋数字纱布的治疗，对照组予以LEEP＋呋喃西林粉的治疗，疗程为2周，定期复查，随访3个月，对疗效和不良反应进行统计学分析。结果治疗组治愈率95.2％，无1例颈管黏连，对照组为77．3％，有4例颈管黏连，两组患者即时阴道出血时间，术后阴道出血量、持续时间、创面愈合时间及颈管黏连比较，差异均有统计学意义。结论LEEP术后联合应用数字纱布，疗效显著，可明显减少中重度宫颈上皮外移环形电极切除术后阴道出血的发生率，缩短创面的愈合时间，值得进一步临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the digital gauze in treating moderate/ severe cervical ectopy with LEEP technology in operation. Methods 43 patients with moderate and severe cervical ectopy treated with LEEP technology operation were divided into the treatment group （21 Cases） of the digital gauze applied and the control group （22 cases） of Furacilinum applied. The two groups were followed up respectively in a period of three months on the clinical analysis. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher, 95.2%, comparing to 77.3% of the control group. Conclusion The effort of the digital gauze applied in LEEP technology operation is considered of significant, less bleeding and shortened healing time, in treating cervical ectopy.
