摘　　要：目的观察鼻咽癌放疗后出现颞下颌关节周围肌群纤维化的针灸、按摩疗效。方法采用随机、对照的方法,将48例分为针灸组、按摩组,每组24例。结果针灸组优于按摩组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗鼻咽癌放疗后纤维化,有显著的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy and massage therapy on the patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma around the temporomandibular joint muscle fibrosis after radiotherapy.Methods The methods of randomized,controlled trial were used,48 cases were divided into two groups-acupuncture group and massage group,each group had 24 cases.Results Acupuncture group was better than massage group.Conclusion There was a significant effect in acupuncture therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy fibrosis.
