头孢地嗪和头孢曲松钠治疗淋病的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较头孢地嗪和头孢曲松钠治疗淋病的临床疗效及复发率。方法将我院皮肤科的114例淋病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组57例,对照组给予头孢曲松钠和氧氟沙星,共7d;治疗组给予头孢地嗪和氧氟沙星,共7d。观察临床疗效,并于1个月后复查。结果治疗组总有效率为98.2%,对照组为93.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率为0%,对照组为14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢地嗪和头孢曲松钠治疗淋病均有良好的效果,但是应用头孢地嗪治疗复发率低,安全、可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy and recurrence rate of cefodizime and ceftriaxone in treatment of gonorrhea.Methods 114 patients with gonorrhea in our department were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,there were 57 cases in each group.The control group was given ceftriaxone and ofloxacin for 7 days;the treatment group was given cefodizime and ofloxacin for 7 days.Observe the clinical effects and review after 1 month.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.2%and the control group was 93.0%,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 0%and the control group was 14%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Both of cefodizime and ceftriaxone in treatment of gonorrhea have good effects,but the recurrence rate of cefodizime is lower than ceftriaxone,it is safe,reliable and worth to promote.
