摘  要:采用SSR分子标记技术对来自内蒙古、新疆两地15个野生黄花苜蓿种群的150个单株的遗传多样性参数进行分析,结果表明:筛选出的12对SSR引物共扩增出135个位点,多态位点131个,多态位点比率为97.04%;15个野生黄花苜蓿种群遗传距离在0.0329~0.2840之间,遗传距离差异较大,说明野生黄花苜蓿种群遗传分化程度较高;UPGMA聚类结果表明,全部内蒙古居群个体与新疆居群个体明显分开,但两大居群中的不同种群个体并未完全聚在一起,呈相互渗透趋势。SSR was applied to analyze genetic diversity of 150 individuals in 15 wild Medicago falcata populations,which were from Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia.135 loci were amplified using 12 pairs of SSR primers,among which 131 were polymorphic locus.The percentage of polymorphic loci was 97.04%.The genetic distances between 15 wild populations were from 0.0329 to 0.2840,showing a high degree of genetic differentiation among population.The UPGMA analysis showed that all the Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia individuals were clearly separated,but the individuals in one population were not clustered entirely in a group,exhibiting a trend of mutual introgression.
