摘  要:以不同浓度海水溶液浇灌毕氏海蓬子和盐角草幼苗,对其幼苗抗氧化酶和渗透物质对海水浇灌的适应性进行研究。结果表明:相同条件下,毕氏海蓬子的三种抗氧化酶活性都比盐角草的高,但其超氧阴离子产生速率和丙二醛含量却比盐角草的低;毕氏海蓬子的可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量稍低于盐角草。毕氏海蓬子和盐角草可以直接以海水灌溉,但两者对海水环境的适应方式有所差异;毕氏海蓬子主要以提高酶抗氧化系统的活性来适应海水环境,而盐角草以增加渗透物质含量的方式来适应;50%~75%的海水浓度是毕氏海蓬子和盐角草幼苗生长的最适浓度。Seedlings of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.and Salicornia europaea L.were treated with different concentrations of artificial seawater.The adaptability of seedling anti-oxidize and osmoregulation substance of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.and Salicornia europaea L.were studied.The results showed that the activities of POD,CAT and SOD of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.were higher than Salicornia europaea L.at the same circumstances,but producing rate of O2.-and proline content were lower than Salicornia europaea L.Otherwise,the contents of soluble protein and MDA of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.were lower than Salicornia europaea L.Although Salicornia bigelovii Torr.and Salicornia europaea L.could be irrigated with seawater,there were differences in adaptive ways to seawater environment,Salicornia bigelovii Torr.mainly improved its activity of anti oxidize system to adapt seawater,but Salicornia europaea L.mainly produced modulatory substances to adapt seawater.When seawater concentration was 50%~75%,seedlings of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.and Salicornia europaea L.grew well.
