摘　　要：目的研究红细胞分布宽度与炎性反应性标志物C反应蛋白的关系。方法对2890例患者血液标本的C反应蛋白、红细胞分布宽度、红细胞平均体积和血红蛋白数据进行回顾性分析。结果随着红细胞分布宽度的增大,C反应蛋白的浓度有增大的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论红细胞分布宽度与C反应蛋白的升高具有相关性。Objective To study the relation between red blood cell distribution width and inflammatory biomarkers.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the results of C-reactive protein（CRP）,red blood cell distribution width（RDW）,mean corpuscular volume,hemoglobin retrospectively in 2 890 patients.Results With increase of RDW,the concentration of CRP showed the increasing trend,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.001）.Conclusion RDW and the increase of CRP has the relativity.
