摘　　要："十一五"期以来,长江"黄金水道"迎来了中央和地方合力建设的"黄金时代"。文章通过分析长江航运的主要发展现状,研究硬件和软件方面存在的主要问题,提出了发展长江航运的对策。The ＂llth 5-Year Plan＂ witnessed the ＂golden age＂ of the Yangtze River, so-called ＂golden watercourse＂ jointly constructed by the central and local governments. In the paper, the current situation of shipping in the Yangtze River is analyzed, the major problems in terms of hardware and software are studied, and some suggestions and countermeasures contributing to its shipping development are presented from the strategic and tactical perspectives.
