摘  要:针对单级曝气铁炭微电解对高浓度难生化有机废水CODCr去除效率低的问题,研究了Fenton试剂强化一级出水下的二级曝气铁炭微电解预处理法。结果表明:将一级铁炭微电解出水的pH值调为2,投加200 mg/LH2O2(30%)后,使其进入二级铁炭微电解反应器;反应60 min,CODCr去除率较一级微电解处理可提高25%左右,较直接串联两级微电解处理提高16%,强化反应出水的m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)从小于0.21提高至0.45,达到较好的预处理效果,可作为高浓度难生化降解有机化工废水预处理的理想方法。In view of the low CODCr removal rate when using single stage ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis(FCME) to treat high concentration hard-biodegradable organic wastewater,the two-stage FCME with Fenton reagent enhancing the treated water from the first stage was investigated.The results showed that: the effluent water from the first stage FCME was added into the two-stage FCME reactor after its pH value had been adjusted at 2 and 200 mg / L of H2O2(30%) had been added.Through 60 min of reaction,the removal rate of CODCr was about 25% higher than that by the first stage FCME,and 16% higher than that by the series two-stage FCME,the mass ratio of BOD5 to CODCr was increased from below 0.21 to 0.45,the pretreatment effect was satisfying.It could be seen that,two-stage FCME was a proper process for high concentration hard-biodegradable organic chemical industrial wastewater treatment.
