摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为单体,分别与不同的有机胺交联剂反应,合成了3种阳离子聚季铵盐反相破乳剂。采用模拟三元驱油田污水评价其破乳性能,考察破乳剂与无机絮凝剂的配伍性。试验结果表明:优选PRJ2破乳剂最佳投加量为80 mg/L时,除油率为94.56%,污水透光率为11.7%;该破乳剂与无机絮凝剂的配伍性好,絮凝剂PAFS投加量为800 mg/L时处理效果最佳,透光率最高为77.5%,除油率为97.32%。该破乳剂破乳效果优于其它工业常规药剂。Three kinds of reverse demulsifiers of cationic polyquaternary ammonium were synthesized through the respective reactions of the two monomers: epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine with different organic amine crosslinking agents.By treating simulant oilfield sewage of ASP flooding,the demulsification properties of the said demulsifiers and the compatibility of them with inorganic flocculants were investigated.The results showed that: when the dosage of PRJ2 demulsifier was 80 mg / L,the oil removal rate was 94.56%,the light transmission rate of the sewage was 11.7%.The PRJ2 demulsifier had a good compatibility with inorgaic flocculants,the optimal treatment effect was obtained when the dosage of PAFS was 800 mg / L,the light transmission rate and the oil removal rate reached 77.5% and 97.32% respectively.It could be seen that,PRJ2 demulsifier had a better demulsification performance than other industrial conventional agents.
