摘 要:冷轧工艺酸洗液的除硅效果直接影响到副产品氧化铁粉的质量,由于含硅杂质的粒度小,直接采用机械分离的方法很难去除。通过添加阳离子和阴离子复合絮凝剂,利用正交试验研究了絮凝沉降法去除含硅杂质的工艺,研究结果表明复合絮凝剂可有效去除酸洗液中的含硅杂质,并且除硅效果显著。The efficiency of silicon removal from pickling liquor in cold rolling process affects the quality of the by-product: iron oxide powder.Since the silicon-containing impurity is characterized by very fine particle size,it can hardly be removed directly by mechanical method.Through adding cationic and anionic composite flocculant,the effect of flocculation sedimentation process on silicon-containing impurity removal was studied by orthogonal test.The results of the test showed that,composite flocculant could effectively remove the silicon-containing impurity from pickling liquor,and the silicon removal effect was remarkable.
