摘　　要：简要报道由所建立的具有光学双稳特性的准三能级激光器的一个简单模型所导出的主要结果。该模型从理论上预言,在某些特定条件下激光运转的输入-输出关系可存在滞后回线。Yb掺杂的钒酸盐晶体激光振荡中所出现的光学双稳态行为的主要特征,都可由该模型得到解释。In this Letter we report briefly the major results derived froma simple model developedfor a quasi-three-level laser exhibiting optical bistability.This model correctly predicts the existence of hysteresis loopin the laser operation under some certain conditions,and can explain most of the primary characteristics of the optical bistability occurring in continuous-wave laser operation of Yb-doped vanadate crystals.
