摘 要:甘肃省疏勒河灌区信息化系统是针对内陆河流域水资源开发利用与环境保护的现实,充分利用信息化技术手段,在总结传统水资源管理经验并准确掌握流域相关信息基础上,开发完成的包括流域三大水库联合调度、地下水三维仿真、洪水预报调度、灌区闸门监控、灌区水量数据采集、办公管理信息等综合内容的信息化管理系统。该系统涵盖了流域水资源供需平衡与优化调度、生态环境保护、防汛抗旱、远程监控、自动计量等管理内容,实现了灌区水资源一体化集成管理,全面提升了流域水资源现代化管理水平。In accordance with the realities of both the development and utilization of the water resources within the inland river basins and the environment protection therein, the Informationized Management System for Shule River Irrigation Area--a man- agement system including the comprehensive contents such as the combined control of the three reservoirs in the river basin, the 3-D simulation of the underground water, the flood forecast and control, the monitoring of the gates in the irrigation area, the data collection of the water quantity of the irrigation area, the office management information, etc. is developed with the modern informationized technique on the bases of the summarization of the normal experience of water resources management and precisely obtaining the relevant data and information of the river basin. The system covers the related management contents of the supply and demand balance and the optimized control of the water resources, eco-environment protection, flood control and drought relief, remote monitoring, auto-measurement for the river basin concerned, and then not only realized the integrat- ed management of the water resources in the irrigation area, but the modernized management level of the water resources in the river basin is also fully enhanced.
