摘　　要：创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,技术创新是企业技术进步的源泉和动力,而技术创新的活跃程度却有赖于激励体系。有效的技术创新激励体系对推动经济增长和社会发展起着举足轻重的作用。对我国企业技术创新激励体系的重要性及当前存在的主要问题进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出对策与建议。从系统观的角度,分企业内、外两个层次,构建了完善合理的企业技术创新激励体系,并通过典型实例分析加以有力佐证。Innovation is the soul of the national advancement,and technological innovation is the origination and motive factor of enterprise＇s technological advancement.But the active degree of technological innovation depends on its motivation system,and the effective motivation system is playing an important role in the development of economy,even in the development of countries and the whole society.In this paper,it is made a deep analysis of the necessity and major problems of technological innovation in China currently,based on that,it is proposed of a major countermeasure,which is building one perfect motivation system of technology innovation from the systematic point and the both levels from governmentmarket to enterprises inter 2 party.Thus,it not only can make higher degree of the technology innovation activities,but also enhance the efficiency of technology innovation.
